Floor movement courses.

Through our open source curriculum we ve trained hundreds of teachers on how to use mindful movement and dance in schools workplaces and community settings to affect positive change. To encourage conscious movement practice there are periodic free workshops. The movement maze allows students to release energy in a controlled and engaging manner. Students follow a pathway that stretches the length of our hallway.

Pelvic floor rehabilitation and movement. More than 50 of those students take part in the free reduced lunch program. This online course is designed to equip adult rehabilitation professionals with the evidence theoretical constructs and practical clinical tools to provide a neuromuscular systems based clinical model for postural control inclusive of the teamwork between the diaphragm pelvic floor and pressure systems. This is a time of meeting and gathering in new and very different ways on the dance floor.
